In an official announcement released this week, the management of Aero AT Sp. z o.o. of Mielec, in Poland, manufacturer of the Aero AT-3 VLA and AT-4 LSA aircraft, have just confirmed that they have been acquired by Jiangsu LanTian Aerospace Industrial Park of China.
